Ogude sees red in Russia

Nigeria midfielder Fegor Ogude was sent off while in action for Amkar Perm in a Russian league game on Monday.
The former Warri Wolves midfielder received the marching order with a straight red in the 64th minute for a leg raised with spikes stamped the opponent on the thigh in a game Amkar perm lost at Kuban Krasnoda.
Ogude has featured in all the four games played by Amkar this season.
He played for Norwegian club Valarenga for four seasons before he made a switch to the Russian outfit.
Liberia international Sekou Oliseh was in action for the entire duration for Kuban Krasnoda.
Ogude was a member of the victorious Super Eagles squad at last year’s African Cup of Nations. He also represented Nigeria at the 2013 FIFA. Confederations Cup in Brazil but was excluded by Coach Stephen Keshi from the 2014 World Cup. He has also been left out of next month’s AFCON qualifier against Congo.
